Commercial Investing on the Rise
Jones Lang LaSalle reports that direct investment in commercial properties increased 30 percent to $290 billion worldwide during the first six months of this year.

Looking at individual locales, commercial real estate investment in the Americas climbed 27 percent to $129 billion, with the United States accounting for 96 percent of that total.

For the rest of the year, Jones Lang LaSalle expects rising investment in the Asia-Pacific region to continue to bolster commercial real estate around the globe.
